Having lived with a chronic disease, I understand the emotional and physical barriers individuals face to maintain a healthy diet. I will work with you to establish practical, realistic and achievable nutrition solutions that are suited to your condition, lifestyle and individual goals.
I am experienced in helping those with a wide range of conditions but I have a particular interest in gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, weight management issues and healthy eating while living with a chronic disease. I also have a keen interest in children’s nutrition and the importance of developing lifelong healthy habits from a young age. As an accredited practitioner of the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, I can help you with fussy eaters and problem feeders.
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian with the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) and hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) from Queensland University of Technology.
I offer Dietetic Services at Scope Clinical Services on Saturdays only.
